ICONZ SPORTS ACADENY (“ICONZ SPORTS”, “ICONZ SA”, “ISA”, “The Club”, “we”, “us” or "our") is a certified UAEFA sports academy based in Dubai and Sharjah - United Arab Emirates for children that trains student(s) and player(s) from various sports to stimulate their internal and sports energies and specializes in many sports trainings and playing at the local and international level specially in Football (Soccer).

  • We are not responsible or liable for any stolen
  • We will take no responsibility over lost or stolen items at any of ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s premises, facilities, events, and activities nor at any of internal and external participation.


VARIATION

 

ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserve the rights at any time to change these Terms and Conditions. Any new version will be published on the Website and will be effective immediately upon publishing. If you use the Website after the new Terms and Conditions have come effective and published, then any further use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION

 

  • For existing players, if player joined, registered or booked after the start of the training month, term, season, events, and any activities based on registration type and period, then the registration will be considered valid from the start of the training month, term, season, events, and any activities based on registration type and period and no prorate will be considered, and players’ parents or guardians should pay the full amount of that training month, term, season, events, and any activities based on registration type and period
  • If players’ parents or guardians did not register and/or book on time, and before the start time of the registration term or any registration events or activities, then we reserved the rights to register and book the players on their behalf

 

PAYMENT, REFUND, INVOCING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Payments and Refund Policy applies for all types of activities, events, purchases, registration, and all payments made to ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY, and it is subject to ICONZ management decision and approval
  • All Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each training month, term, season, events, and any activities based on registration type and period.
  • The policy cannot be cancelled once payment has been made partially or fully, or if player attended at least one session
  • Payments are not refundable nor transferable
  • While the term/season is in progress, a pro-rated fee will be calculated from the date of registration till the end of the term, month, or season.
  • No makeup sessions or refunds will be offered for missed training sessions, and no makeup if player arrives the training sessions late or leave early of the training sessions, games, events, or any other activities defined time.
  • ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to cancel any of its activities and events. which includes but not restricted and limited to;
  • Training & Coaching sessions
  • Tournaments & Leagues
  • Internal/External camps
  • Contests
  • And any activity or event planned and delivered under the ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY responsibilities
  • If activity or event cancellation made by ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY.
  • ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to cancel an activity or event due to low enrollment or public holiday, which would make the activity or event non-viable. If ICONZ SA cancels an activity or event, registrants will be offered an alternate venue, day or time to replace the cancelled activity or event. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an activity or event, registrants will have the option to transfer the registration to alternate venue, day, or time, or to the rearranged activity or event.
  • For flexibility and because WE CARE, ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to refund part of payment made (if applicable) based on ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY management written and official approvals.
  • The invoices are generated electronically as e-invoice instead of physical paper invoice, as the e-invoicing reduces the overall environmental impact of processing physical invoices. In case you wish to get the paper invoice, then a 2% extra charge will be applied on the total paper invoice amount. “Help us to save the environment”

 

SPORTSWEAR KIT POLICY

 

·      ICONZ SA player(s) must wear only the sportswear kit purchased from ICONZ SA.

·      Player(s), Parent(s) and the designated guardian are responsible to maintain the sportswear kit and make sure always to have it in good condition. Any damage to sportswear kit or any printing on the sportswear kit will cause to Parent(s) and the designated guardian of the player(s) to pay the cost for buying or reprinting any damage in the sportswear kit.

·      ICONZ SA reserved the rights to NOT allow players who are not comply with SPORTSWEAR KIT POLICY to start or to continue any training sessions, games, events or any other activities organized by ICONZ SA or we participate in

·      It is Prohibit to use ICONZ SA logo(s) at any sportswear kit, cup, cap or any items without ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY management written and official approvals.

 

TRANSPORTATION POLICY

 

  • Registration to ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY Transportation is made ONLY for registered players as per transportation type (One way or Two ways) from/to predefined and specific location (as per ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY Transportation Registration Form) to/from ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY training location or venue where normal training or event took place
  • Any other person than the registered to transportation not allowed to ride the ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY Transportation bus (“bus”, “the bus”).
  • Any changes made in the route of the bus will be communicated by ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY to the parents.
  • Changes in address and telephone numbers should be communicated to ICONZ SA managements immediately.
  • However, Address change may cause additional charge or may change the complete transportation fees
  • Players are not allowed to eat, drink or chew gum in the bus. (Only water & necessary medicine are allowed if applicable)
  • Transportation to any activities or events outside ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY training location or venue may cause additional charges to be paid in advance (additional charges will be communicated if any prior the activity or events)
  • Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the transportation bus will be charged to the player responsible and guardian.
  • For satisfactory and quick action and resolution, all subjects and matters of player’s emergency should be brought to the attention to ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY management.
  • Players or any person using ICONZ SA transportations must be well behaved on the bus and must accept the authority of the driver and the caregiver. Players or any person using ICONZ SA transportations who routinely misbehaving on the buses will be strictly reprimanded and in case of repeated misbehavior may be deprived of the bus facility at the discretion of the ICONZ SA management and without any liability of fees refunding.
  • Parent(s) or the designated guardian shall ensure that the child/player remains available at the pick-up point well before the arrival time of the designated bus. Due to traffic concerns, buses cannot wait beyond the designated pick-up time (Max. five minutes waiting time). Missed calls are only to be expected if the bus reaches earlier than the given time, bus driver or caregivers are not required to nor expected to provide missed calls otherwise.
  • In the event of Parent(s) or the designated guardian MUST ensure being available at the drop off point at the said time to collect the player(s).
  • Parent(s) or the designated guardian should not communicate directly with the bus drivers or caregivers of their child’s/children’s bus, with regards to any temporary or permanent change in the mode of transportation from training playground. Such requests are to be routed ONLY through our Transport Admin In-charge or through ICONZ SA management before time.
  • Player(s) should present valid UAEFA ID or ICONZ SA Member ID to bus driver or caregivers and required to always have their cards while travelling on the bus. In the absence of the valid UAEFA ID or ICONZ SA Member ID, the bus driver or caregivers can deny access to the transportation service unless approved by ICONZ SA management.

 

ICONZER REWARDS PROGRAM POLICY

 

ICONZER rewards program is a loyalty program designed to add additional benefits for the registered players, parents, and guardians, with a vision of “Gain While Train” who registered in ICONZ SA and registered to ICONZER rewards program.

 

A set of defined activities and procedures to be followed by the ICONZER registered players, parents and guardians that allow them to collect ICONZER points and redeem them with free gifts, free vouchers, discount vouchers or ICONZ SA registration discount.

 

ICONZ SA also partnering with different businesses such as; but not limited to; restaurants, cafes, pastries, hotels, watersports, beauty salons, medical centers and more, who will provide free gifts, free vouchers or discount vouchers

MISCELLANEOUS

 

  • Creating new accounts in the Official Booking Website or Official Mobile App for either (Parent, Guardian, or Self) is a declaration by the person who is creating the account that his/her age is +18 years old, and ICONZ SA has no liability on any.
  • Registration and/or booking of players, parents and guardians must be done and completed on time, and before the start time of the registration term or any registration events or activities, through ICONZ SA Official Booking Website or Official Mobile App.
  • ICONZ SA reserved the rights to decline any registrations
  • Non-registered players, parents or guardians are not allowed to start any training sessions, games, events or any other activities organized by ICONZ SA or we participate in
  • It is parents’ and guardians’ responsibility and liability to making sure that registered data are correct and belongs to them and to their child/children or player(s).
  • Parents and guardians must provide and submit any additional documentation required to complete players, parents’ or guardians’ records once requested by ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY.
  • Once registration completed and payments (partially or fully) made, we will add registered parent(s) or guardian(s) to a dedicated ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s WhatsApp group as a primary communication method between ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY and parent(s) or guardian(s). Parents or guardians can call ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY officials only (but not to call coaches or any non-officials), by phone in emergency and special cases only.
  • Players will be allowed only to attend the training sessions that they are booked in.
  • Parents or guardians must not send or share any information, posts, photos, posters, videos, voice or any not related to ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY activities and business.
  • ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to use any photographs/video footage captured at any training sessions, games, events or any other activities organized by ICONZ SA or we participate in, to be used in any promotional material, media activity.
  • ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to use any information, photos or videos of the players, parents or guardians provided, entered, or captured through Website or any of ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s social media or related to ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s WhatsApp, or at any events or activities organized ICONZ SA or we participate in, to be used in any promotional material/ media activity.
  • In case parents or guardians wish to complain or provide and share private comments about any of our services or activities, kindly talk and communicate only with our officials (but not to talk or communicate with coaches or any non-officials), or contact us though Website or email, but NOT TO PUBLIC
  • ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY reserves the rights to cancel, remove, or delete any parent or guardian from The Club, the Website, ICONZ SA social media, or ICONZ SA WhatsApp for those who doesn’t respect and follow ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s code of conduct, rules or regulations, or no longer registered with ICONZ SA.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

 

The code of conducts applies to all users of ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s Website(s), social media including WhatsApp group(s) and any facilities operates and managed by ICONZ SA, and applies as well to players (Patent(s) and Guardian(s) also to ensure that their child/children or player(s) are informed and aware of such guidelines and Terms), coaches & officials and spectators or visitors and MUST follow the below guidelines: -

 

  • ALL
  • Must avoid engage in, or tolerate, insulting, offensive, or abusive of behavior or language.
  • Must respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background, race or religion.
  • Must control your temper, Verbal abuse, sledging, intimidation, or threats made of others and, deliberately distracting or provoking or harassing an opponent or any sort of violence are not acceptable or permitted behaviors.
  • We all must respect each other’s, and bullying are prohibited
  • PLAYERS
  • Play and train by the rules, and know and obey the laws of the game, play and training
  • Must remember that games, play and training is for FUN
  • Always be fair regardless the outcome.
  • Always play fairly and don’t cheat or waste time
  • Work always for the good of the team and ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY.
  • Accept the decisions of the officials with good grace.
  • Be generous when your team wins and graceful when your team loses.
  • Never encourage, condone or be part of any activities that may intentionally injure players/spectators/officials, or damage facilities.
  • Be cooperative, supportive, and good player
  • COACHES & COACHES ASSISTANTS - (Non-Officials)
  • Remember always “FUN TO WIN”, winning is only part of the fun but not everything
  • Make sure that all players are deserving of equal attention and opportunities.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet safety standards and are appropriate to the age and ability of all players.
  • Make sure to know about your players’ health status and record and show concern and caution toward sick and injured players. Follow the advice of a physician when determining whether an injured player is ready to recommence training, game, or competition.
  • Must submit and disclose their health record and conditions, as well as the medical insurance card (if available)
  • It is not allowed to communicate directly or by any media with players’ parents or guardians without official approval from ICONZ SA management.
  • SPECTATORS OR, PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF PLAYERS
  • Always remember that your child/children play for joy and fun.
  • Never yell at your child/children and other children and never ridicule them for making a mistake or losing a game or competition.
  • Must stay away from playing fields area in order not to interrupt coaches and players. Stay always at the designated area for spectators.
  • If you are participating in a family sports day, you must wear suitable sportswear to enter the playing field.
  • Must always respect official, coaches and referees’ decisions.
  • Must not use ICONZ SPORTS ACADEMY’s training equipment, facilities without a prior officials’ approvals
  • Must submit and disclose health record and conditions of themselves and their player(s), as well as the medical insurance card (if available)
